Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ashabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of any provision of these Terms, fraudulent or dishonest conduct, operating multiple accounts, registering under a minor's identity, suspected money laundering or illegal activity, and prolonged inactivity. Whether the balance of a suspended or closed account is refunded depends on the reason for closure, and funds may be forfeited if fraud is established. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, in which case the available balance will be returned after verification.
